Smilin Co.,Ltd. was founded in Hong Kong in 2005 and opened its factory the same year. Located in Shenzhen, the first products were Car DVRs, Sport Cameras and mini DVs.,

In 2008, Our factory re-built the workshop and expanded its product lines to include Mount Holders,Car Accessories, Promotional Gifts and More. We continue to develop these products and they have become very successful,currently,we are cooperating with several successful enterprises in the USA, Japan & Taiwan, offering our OEM product services. Our proudcts are distributed worldwide, including North America, Western Europe, East Asia, and The Middle East.

Our factory has established an integrated engineer & QC system, uses the ISO9001:2000 quality standard system, and uses "7S" production administration. We have implemented a series of quality control functions that cover all the steps in manufacturing process. Major steps in this quality control procedure include incoming materials inspection, material characteristics testing and soldering checks.

Constant monitoring on all steps in the manufacturing process and information feedback at all levels allows for fast and efficient detection of problems, evaluation and analysis, and corrective measures. We emphasize that each step in the manufacturing process should be undertaken with a "Do it right at the first time" attitude and must produce a defect-free product. This results in reliable,high-quality products.
